Martin Phillipson has been a Law Professor since 1991. From 1991 to 1999 he has taught at Osgoode Hall Law School, Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand and the Australian National University. He was appointed to the faculty of the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan in 1999 and was appointed Associate Dean in 2007. From 2010 to 2016 he served in several senior management positions at the University of Saskatchewan including four years as Vice-Provost leading a complete restructuring of the University’s medical school. He has held the position of Dean of Law since 2016. In addition, he serves as a Bencher of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and was named President of the Canadian Council of Law Deans in 2022.
